The house is beautiful. Rooms are smaller than the pictures, the pond is a good distance away and the hot water never really got hot but overall, my family had a wonderful time. The children loved the bunks in the playroom and the views were spectacular.

The house isn’t very well insulated against noise. The downstairs metal ceiling tiles rattled something terrible with people walking overhead. Would have been nice to have some closet space in the bedrooms especially the primary bedroom. No good space to unpack your clothes. Also the pump in the downstairs bathroom is extremely loud when running water in the sink and flushing the toilet. Woken up in the night when someone was using the bathroom. Not very much hot water for showers. Beds a bit firm. Also need some window coverings. Overall the decor was lovely and fit our group well. The noise factor was the issue. Thank you!
