Stunning 2B Condo w/ Private Trail to Slopes!

Relax to the sound of a babbling brook from the balcony of this beautiful renovated condo located at the base of Sugar Mountain. Just a short drive to golf and tennis and within walking distance to the ski slopes, this condo features a fully equipped kitchen, stone fireplace with gas logs, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a beautiful walk-in shower in the master bath. This unit will sleep 6 with a King-sized bed in the master bedroom, Queen bed in the guest room, and a Queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living area. Enjoy access to the Branches Clubhouse where you may relax under a big-screen TV, read from the collection of books, or join in a game of foosball or ping-pong.
Non-smoking. No pets allowed. No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day.
All guests required to sign their rental agreement within 7 days of booking.

Nice and easy Sugar Mtn getaway

Cute condo with street level entry near beginner slopes in the quiet Bee Branch's. Nice view from balcony of Fall trees and small creek below. Gas fireplace was welcome with the cold snap to quickly heat up the room. All in all a good space for a quick trip. Unit above looks to have had some water issues requiring some of the ceiling to be replaced in several areas, but really was only cosmetic. I'd stay here again.
