House was as described. After booking ( non refundable) was advised that there were only two parking spots. That should’ve been disclosed prior to booking it. Check in was very easy. Overall pleased with the rental as a whole. Was not pleased with the management response to problems.Saturday morning there was a leak in the ceiling. I advised the management company of it. Because I was concerned and didn’t want them thinking we had done something wrong and it appears to be a large leak that is in the drywall/ ceiling I completely understand that stuff like that happens. Within 6 hours of me disclosing that leak the stove stopped working. That meant that the dinner that we were cooking for a birthday could not be cooked and there were 10 of us. I understand that this stuff happens. So we improvised and tried to use the gas grill. Which was not working properly (only 50%) So there we are between 6 and 630 trying to figure out how we’re gonna cook dinner for 10 people and bake a cake because we’re celebrating a birthday. I communicated with the management company. They did say they were trying to get someone there. Understandable it’s Saturday night. But the breaker box was Sparking, which caused a tremendous amount of concern. Then if that wasn’t enough, we did not use the bathroom that seemed to have the leak as we didn’t wanna cause any problems so we went to use two other bathrooms. One of the showers would not drain& the other one had no stopper.
