Lake Como Luxury Hotel

"Casa Santo Stefano was a highlight of our trip! The B&B style hotel was very stylish, clean, and had a stunning view of Lake Como. Our room was amazing! We had a great terrace to view the lake, and a very comfortable lounge area in our room. Breakfast was great - the staff took great care to prepare a tasty spread of pastries, meats, cheeses, antipasti, eggs, cereals and yogurt. As you would expect in Italy, the coffee was out of this world! The hotel is not staffed 24-hours a day, however...

" This is a beautiful hotel boutique with the best staff ever. The views from the room are gorgeous and the nice little garden over the lake where the restaurant is located has such a nice view. The hotel has also access to the lake, in case you want to swim, when the weather is good. The bus stop is right outside at the hotel and the ferry to go to Bellagio is walking distance. "Will have to admit we almost passed up this little gem due to the fact it didn't list it had air conditioning in the room (stay was mid-Aug); hard to sleep if hot. The room did not have ac but the cool breeze off the lake was perfect! I am usually a mosquito attractant and will not sleep with the doors open but took the chance this time and had no issues. The view from this hotel is breathtaking and entertaining as the lake in front is a hot spot for windsurfers and kiteboarders. The owners...

"The Property was quite lovely. The staff was outstanding. David the bartender was wonderful to deal with. However the bar needs a better selection of wine by the glass. Big reason very few people go to the bar. Overall we really enjoyed our stay there. "
