“The lodge was the most adorable place with amazing views. I can only imagine how magically it would look like decorated for Christmas. The master bedroom is worthy of Santa himself. We had 13, 16, and 22 yr olds with us and all were equally impressed with the cozy lodge feel. The ONLY downfall was the hot tub malfunctioned days before our arrival and was unavailable for our stay but Billy was great about communicating so we were aware prior. With so many great places to stay we usually pick……

“Negatives: The location of this house does require AWD/4WD to access in the winter. There was no mention of this on the listing. We saw multiple cars skidding on the ice and stuck on the road or in a snow embankment leading up to this house and other homes due to the ice on the roads in this neighborhood. We were traveling with another family who had young children and this was extremely stressful for them as they had to abandon the car in the middle of the road and walk up to the home. My other……

Could use some more dishware and towels in the unit to accommodate families, as well as some clothes/towel hooks since there are no closets, but these are minor and didn’t detract from our stay (although would no doubt be appreciated by future guests, especially at this price point).
