「Clean and tidy 3BR home, conveniently located in the outskirts of Geelong. We booked at short notice, and had a bit of trouble getting in (supplied door code didn't work), but the property manager sorted this out quickly. Inside was fine - good amenities and furnishing - although the beds were extremely soft (uncomfortably so, at least for me), and the dinner plates were too big for the dishwasher. Happy with the experience and can recommend.」

「Great accomodation, close enough to town but also on the way to coastal locations. Host has put in some very thoughtful touchs such as automatic hallway lighting (to see where you're going during the night), filtered water on tap, chargers for all phones types in the bedrooms, well appointed kitchen and generally, accomodation that feels like a home. Interactions with the host were non-intrusive and felt like we were interacting with a caring host compared to a sterile hotel. 」

「This place was perfect for our family! Enough space for all of us and felt like home. It felt new and modern and very clean inside. The only thing I would mention however we didn’t need to use was the outdoor space. If we were to use it it would have been nice to see that area cleaned too as it would have been quite dirty to walk on bare foot (kitchen upstairs leads out to alfresco dining). However would definitely consider booking again when in Torquay next 」

「This accom was excellent. It was cute and classy, it had the right spaces, and was comfortable. It was great to get food delivered and felt secure (even though the front light over the door didn't work). I had one evening with an online meeting and there were no issues with connectivity (through my own devices). It was easy to heat (I stayed in winter), and it was charming even in the rain. The lighting was adjustable, so you could see and unpack but also dim for mood in the evenings. I couldn't...

"The room type provided was completely different from what was booked, very old and dirty. The carpet was extremely dirty, the water flow in the bathroom was very small, and the electronic lock couldn't be locked at first. It took a long time to figure out that it required a lot of force to close it. I asked the platform to communicate with the hotel about the room's problem and was hung up on several times. They only said that it was full and couldn't handle it, so why should I book it? Terrible attitude and very, very poor housing experience"
