“Overall l, was a good stay at the property for my family and I. Some of the pros include the beautiful grounds, the pool and the awesome staff for breakfast and dinner! A few of the cons are that in our room the bathroom area was overrun with ants. The bed wasn’t all that comfy either, and on additional “nit” is that the front desk only allowed for two towels for our room…which was super inconvenient traveling with my spouse and 3 kids. I’m a consultant and have lived in hotels for a good chunk……
“Best place to stay if you have a car and if you like a quiet spot. Right in the mountains with a great views of the Tungurahua volcano, very close to the "casa del arbol " which is an unbeatable spot for the view of the volcano. Rooms are more like small bungalows , very spacious with very comfortable beds.
We absolutely loved our stay there. ”
“the double standard room is so small that can only put two small beds , because the holidays so i guess that is why the hotel cannt help to change to one kind bed.
the breakfast is so limited ,what is wrose ,i waited 15 minutes for the omelet but someone come later than me can take in advance , the room is clean, the waiter is kind and general environment is good”
