「Staff is not empowered to help customers and hotel has cheap policies. We had breakfast included but had to argue to receive our vouchers which are just coupons for a discount at the deli. They don’t restock in room instant coffee and tea if you stay more than one night. Rooms are spartan again because they’re too cheap to have more hooks and shelves. If they just were a bit more generous and customer oriented it would be a much better place because it’s new and clean although small.」

The Hotel Executive asistant manager acknowledged my comment and send me a card however come with a set of amenities as same as the welcome amenities. Can see how robotic and service without heart. Club lounge very nice, specially those serve attitude are different. F&B staff， housekeeping and concierge great hospitality but not front desk.」
