“Smooth check-in, free bottled water, capsule coffee, tea and snacks. Great location, close to restaurants and supermarket. Sound insulation is not good but acceptable.”

“The room was very nice and clean, and whatever we needed, like more towels and robes, we received with a smile. The breakfast was rich and delicious, the staff was very attentive to every need.”

“Very clean, super lovely staff (shoutout to Raya who had the best recommendation for a day in Sofia), location is good, 10/15mn away from the historical center and both check in and check out was very straight forward WiFi is a bit unstable but they're working on it and we were on holiday so in a way, it forced us to disconnect a bit which was not a bad thing for us. I'm sincerely looking forward to returning to Dunav Apartment and Sofia!”

“We had a great stay at this hotel, which is right on the corner with Vitosha street. Great location, walkable to all the main attractions. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was also great, there is an AC. We could leave our bags at reception after check-out. Breakfast was at a nearby cafe Memento which consisted of a coffee and a croissant which was perfect for us. Would recommend! ”

Beautiful hotel situated at main attractions shopping street with variety of restaurant. Good hotel staff service. Simple Breakfast with good coffee and orange juices. I can do and buy everything here convinient as a tourist. ”

“Absolutely stunning hotel, thanks so much to Michelle & the staff at reception who made our stay very memorable. City Centre is a 15-20 minute walk, but it is a very pleasant walk that we decided to do every day. Lavov Most metro is nearby and is only 1 stop to Serdika station in the city centre if you prefer this option. When we come back to Sofia we will stay at this hotel again. One of the best I have stayed in. Rooms are so comfortable and clean! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
