“This was a great experience other than some basic issues that I hope the property will address. The room was extremely dark. It was difficult to see well to put makeup on. Just a little more light would have helped a lot. Also, just leaving two detergent pods would have gone a long way for our 3-night stay. Lastly but certainly not least was the issue with the hairdryer. The listing said there was a hairdryer. I got out of the shower and... no hairdryer. I called the front desk repeatedly at……

“Upon arrival we were greeted by the INSIDE staff and that set the tone for how excellent their service would be our entire stay. From the receptionist to the house keeper to the remolding staff they all went out of their way to treat us with amazing service. Special thank you for Laura for giving us great recommendations, can’t wait to see how much better the hotel will be when the remodel is completed. Next time we’re in Mexico City we will definitely be staying here again.”

“The property is in a great location in Roma Norte and you can walk many places - it’s a very safe neighborhood. The front desk staff are friendly. The only issue is checking in as you communicate through What’s App and the person may or may not be there. You can leave your luggage in the main entrance while the room gets prepared - just don’t leave valuables as the front door is wide open at times. The rooms are modern, large and very clean. There are water filters for drinking water which is……

“Hotel Parian is a wonderful hotel located in a perfect location. There are shops and restaurants all within walking distance. The staff are kind and helpful. Our room was spotless every day that we returned from our adventures. We loved our welcome treats and our goodbye gift. I would highly recommend this hotel!”

“Location good, room decent. No room cleaning or new towels- had to ask for one. Regardless of how long you stay only water bottles one time. There are better options for the price charged.”
