We were able to book with great ease. When we arrived at the property there we no issues checking in. It was a wonderful stay at a great value.

Was almost perfect..
Overall we had a great time.. Rooms were clean. I was surprised that the front desk said we would have to launder our own room towels ( seemed odd).. just one problem with the kids bed, it had be broken when we got there and the maintenance guy had it fixed very quickly.. Stay away from the late timeshare sales pitch time ( they REALLY want to sell it) I'm a too nice kind of person And should have just said " it isn't happening sir" lol ! he kind of had a target on my wife as she's the vacation person.. But we finally got out of there 90min after the first 90min..LOL..Sorry Tobie, you tried really hard and we do feel bad..

Great property, love having all indoor walk to everything at the wilderness, just be prepared to get your steps in! And have a wagon/stroller for small kids whose legs get tired after a day in the water

We have gone through KOALA twice now when staying at the Wilderness resort in Wisconsin Dells. It is a blast every time. Our little family grew so we ended up with two rooms. The resort worked well with our request and got us next door to each other. Last time it was a couple doors down and that was ok too. We will stay again.

We had a great time at Wilderness and stayed at the Glacier Canyon Lodge (2 bd, 2 ba). Opted in to the timeshare presentation for resort cash. It was a very cordial presentation. Wild West was a bit chilly due to frigid temps and indoor/outdoor hot tub opening letting in cold air. Water dome allowed sun light in which warmed up the pool area. Klondike closed for cleaning. Note, they close one of the four parks down each week for cleaning. Indoor walking distance to all amenities. Wilderness hotel section a bit run down. Canyon Lodge was very nice. Our room was clean and new. Note, nearly all of the housekeepers and lifeguards, towel ladies, concession stand folks do not speak English. Language barrier was awkward and inconvenient at times. I hope Wilderness takes good care of their employees.
