1. Good room dining experience.
2. Polite dining staff.
3. Timely food delivery in the room and food cleanup.
4. Checkout experience was smooth.
5. Room cleaning staff was polite and helped me enter the room when I got locked out.

1. Denied newspaper service by the housekeeping staff all of a sudden during my stay for no reason :).

“All my criticism should be moderated by the price, overall this hotel is a good deal. The bathroom had a smell to it, and the restaurant's options were limited, but it was otherwise clean and decent, and a short walk to some malls for food etc.. I also walked to the ecopark, though it's a bit longer. It's a newer, quiet neighborhood, which was nice. The staff brought me a heater for the room when I asked, was able to get my laundry done, etc.. A good stay.”

“Terrible experience. My bathroom commode was clogged when I reached my room. I had to call house keeping to get it cleaned but it was dysfunctional and the waste kept coming back every one hour. I kept asking them to change my room but they took no actions for 3 days of my stay and I had to live in that horrible experience. The shower was broken, rooms were smelling like rotten egg.”
