Paynes Bay Barbados Polo Club Hotels

"Our family of 5 had a wonderful week at Seahorse Villa! We loved the views from the patio and both balconies, the well-thought-out space, the little pool, and the clear water and soft sand at nearby beaches, especially Paynes Bay. It was a great home base for exploring Barbados! We enjoyed Harrison's Cave and ziplining, snorkeling at Carlisle Bay (shipwrecks and sea turtles), wildlife reserve (11am/2pm feeding monkeys), visiting Oistins fish market (we went on a non-busy day — delicious!), and golf :) Favorite restaurant: The Tides at sunset. We also picked up food at Massey for easy dinners (Bajan spice — yum!), as well as snacks, lunches, breakfasts, wine, and beer to enjoy at the villa. It was a lovely balance of sun, fun, and rest. Thanks to the staff — Macy, Carlos, and security — we felt very welcomed and safe. Enjoy! :) Kid reviews: I had a lot of fun on this vacation. My favorite restaurant was probably The Tides or Pat's Place in Oistins. Almost everything was super fun, especially Harrison's Cave with the ziplining. I would definitely come here again. I LOVE BARBADOS — VERY FUN!!! :) Beautiful place :)"

"We had a wonderful stay at this property. 5 minute walk to the most beautiful beach in Payne's Bay. Plenty of room at the property and my husband particularly appreciated the mosquito netting on doors and windows (although we only saw a couple of mosquitoes during our trip). Great to have a washing machine too. Monica, the cleaner, who popped in halfway through our trip was delightful. Would definitely stay again."

"Property was newly renovated with very clean rooms. Cleaning staff were very nice and cleaned thoroughly, daily. Front of house team courteous and on point. Bar staff / wait staff definitely need to improve as wait times for anything are long. Most requests are also forgotten which led to frustration. "

"The staff are absolutely welcoming, helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. The balcony views of the water are beautiful. The ocean is clear; the all inclusive snorkelling, tubing, paddle boarding were fantastic. The food was fabulous; healthy, tasty, so many options. The staff are always accommodating for modifications. Highly recommend the complimentary art tour! "

"Lorraine is an amazing host. Communication was on point and we truly felt welcome in her beautiful home. The apartment’s location is ideal, just a 3-minute walk to the beach and in proximity of several restaurants. The apartment is nicely furnished and has everything you need to cook and host. It was sparkly clean. There is a lovely garden and parking place for a car. It is located on a quiet road with barely any traffic. We appreciated having AC and room darkening curtains in both bedrooms. For the more noise sensitive, there can be some nighttime barking from the neighbors’ dogs so bring ear plugs."
