Le personnel de l'agence les Embrunts ne connaissait manifestement pas le bien mis en location et travaillait sur photos et ne s'est pas déplacée pour vérifier Etat des lieux (c'est donc au locataire de passer son temps à faire des photos et contrôles avant et au début de son séjour) et comble trois jours après séjour l'agence nous demande 30 euros de frais vaisselle par tél (on attend les photos de la vaisselle qui serait resté sale?), de plus nous avons pris le forfait de la nettoyeuse qui manifestement est un robot qui ne se tient qu'au contrat de pas faire de la vaisselle?
