We travelled for the weekend and stayed at Le Torri. The property was so lovely, rustic yet authentic and quite romantic - as is Tuscany. We were quite surprised by the level of cleanliness. The room, bathrooms and most importantly the bed sheets were spotless. A really cosy place, we’re so happy we chose it and we definitely recommend this to other guests.

Unfortunately the experience left a bad taste in our mouth due to one manager on the property. When you choose a place to spend your vacation you hope to feel welcomed with warm hospitality. One of the workers was very kind but the manager we dealt with really ruined the vibe with the way she responded to a couple questions and small requests ( such as an extra garbage bag or toilet paper since we were there 4 nights and it was a windy drive to get anywhere to purchase replenishment). We even offered to pay but we’re rudely cut off and although given the items treated like we were incredibly imposing even to ask. How disappointing to feel such hostility on your special getaway. Other than that the property is cute but room not the most comfortable. We would sadly not recommend.

Hospedagem ótima, apartamento super confortável com 2 quartos, 2 banheiros, sala e pequena cozinha equipada. Tudo muito limpo, organizado e funcional. Localização estratégica no Chianti possibilitando fazer passeios por outras cidades da Toscana. A equipe é super prestativa, simpática e gentil, nos presentearam com um vinho e azeite de fabricação própria e deixam um pequeno guia com todas as informações sobre o Agriturismo, indicações de restaurantes na região e também oferecem algumas atividades extras, que infelizmente não pude participar, pois fiquei apenas 3 dias. Café da manhã excelente e ainda mais especial com a simpatia do Stefano. Um espetáculo à parte: poder tomar um vinho, apreciando a vista do pôr-do-sol e nascer na lua cheia, na varanda - isso fez a toscana ficar ainda mais mágica. Esperamos voltar em breve e com mais tempo. Uma única sugestão: utilizar o aplicativo do Whatsapp para facilitar a comunicação com os hóspedes (em especial os extrangeiros) apesar do endereço correto o google maps nos mandou pra outro lugar e passamos quase uma hora procurando a hospedagem. O envio da localização exata pelo aplicativo facilitaria a comunicação e evitaria isso.

Excellent staff and property

Elisa was excellent. We were lost following Google map and she waited very late for us to do the check in. She even came out of the property to meet us in the nearest down to lead us to Le Torri. The property is part of a vineyard and produce its own wine and olive oil. Olive oil was great and we bought a few bottles to take as souvenir. The unit is huge, like an large apartment in the states, other than in a traditional Toscana style as I'd imagine how living like a local feels like. Will definitely come back.

The property is wonderful and the staff willing to assist you in any way they can. A lovely, comfortable and relaxing villa in the countryside but close enough to markets, other wineries and hilltop towns that it is a breeze to get to them. Don’t miss Barberino and Certaldo Alto. Amazing place, friendly staff!

We spend part of our Tuscany-trip at Le Torri, where we had a very nice stay. The surroundings are amazing and rooms and pool really nice too. From there you can easily go to many of the well-known places in Tuscany (with car), and have nice wine tastings at Le Torri and the neighbor wine yards. Highly recommend this place!

Off the grid Tuscan experience. Very nice room with many amenities. Appreciated window screens to allow us to keep windows open and enjoy the cool, fresh aroma of the vineyards and olive trees! Le Torri - in the heart of Tuscany

Staff was very accommodating. May timeframe was great as it was not very touristy. The optional breakfast had great variety of fruit, meats, eggs and croissant. This place is a vineyard and the wine was fabulous! Free bottle included. Very remote so a car is required. Only downside was WiFi connection dropped often. Gaetano and Elisa are wonderful and will make you feel at home !! Caio
