This flat was fully refurbished two years ago. Its location is unbeatable, with a small balcony over looking Sant Andreu's amazingly quiet plaza and marketplace. High ceilings and fully restored unique wooden beams are seen throughout the flat. The kitchen's flooring of modernist style tiles are maintained, while containing all the modern conveniences. There is abundant natural light, with sun rays shining into the main living area during most the day. This apartment radiates a sense of peace and well-being.
