Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

No flexibility due to Covid

Our daughter tested positive for Covid the morning before our flight and couldn’t travel to Spain and we still got charged for the full stay. I guess the bottom line is more important than keeping people safe, this was completely out of our control. This is the first time this happens to me.
