Exactly the type of a apartment we were looking for!

Great space, just enough room to be comfortable, very clean, and loved the balcony! Also felt very safe in the area. Apartment had all the amenities we could’ve hoped for for using the kitchen and washing machine as well. Great apartment, great trip!!

Schicke Wohnung, hervorragende Lage

Von der Buchung, über die Ankunft bis zum Aufenthalt war alles sehr gut organisiert. Fragen im Vorfeld wurden beantwortet, beim check in war eine Mitarbeiterin vor Ort. Uns wurde die Wohnung gezeigt und erste Einweisungen erfolgten. In Zeiten von Lock Boxen und Key Codes eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung. Auch bei Problemen war der Concierge Service eine große Hilfe. Die Wohnung war sauber, die Möbel in sehr gutem Zustand die Betten sehr bequem. Ein kleines Willkommenspaket mit den wichtigsten Haushaltsartikeln, Tee und Kekse und eine Flasche Wasser runden den ersten guten Eindruck ab. Die Lage ist für City Touristen wirklich hervorragend. 2 Minuten zur U-Bahn. Cafes und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung, die Sagrada erreicht man in 10 Minuten langsamen Schrittes. Rundum zufrieden, nur 2 Anregungen : Einige zusätzliche Handtücher wären schön, manchmal trocknen sie nicht so schnell und man hat Abends klamme Handtücher. Die Wohnungstüren sind schwer und wuchtig und haben außen keine Klinke, fallen also beim Verlassen der Wohnung mit lautem Knall ins Schloss. Das stört schon in der Nacht, wenn andere Mieter nach Hause kommen.

Barcelona Base

The apartment was centrally located in a quiet residential neighborhood with grocery stores, resturants and metro nearby. Price was good and checkin was easy. It was a great base of operations for our stay.
