Enjoy a family holiday in this cosy two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment just a few metres from the sea. With a private balcony, this accommodation offers the perfect space to relax and enjoy the city.



The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people and is equipped with air conditioning, heating and WiFi, ensuring your comfort throughout your stay.

Parking is available upon prior request with an additional cost.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and all the necessary utensils to prepare meals at home. In addition, it has an iron and ironing board. The apartment will be equipped with towels and bed linen.



Poblenou is the perfect neighbourhood for those seeking the essence of Barcelona with a modern and tranquil touch. It combines nearby beaches, streets full of local life and a creative atmosphere with old factories converted into cultural spaces. Moreover, it is very well connected to the city centre and offers a more authentic and relaxed experience, ideal for tourists who want to enjoy the best of Barcelona.

Couldn’t be less pleased. The property manager refused to respond to Email, text, or phone. I had to contact VRBO more than 10 times and dispute with credit card company. It wasted many hours of time to get resolution.
