Ruim appartement, alle faciliteiten aanwezig die je nodig hebt voor een kort verblijf. Enkele dringende herstellingen nodig: schuiframen aan balkonzijde sluiten niet meer volledig, zowel van de living als van de slaapkamer, ze kunnen ook niet op slot, rolluik slaapkamer aan balkonzijde kan niet meer open, grote roestplek op de rand van het bad, die afbrokkelt, deurstijl van de badkamer is losgekomen omdat de douchestraal naar de overkant spuit wanneer die ophangt
