This central apartment has four bedrooms, one with double bed and three twin beds, two bathrooms, kitchen-dining area and a private balcony. also has air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi and TV. The kitchen includes dishwasher, oven and microwave. A washer-dryer is also available.

This incredible apartment is well located, surrounded by numerous shops and various restaurants and only 10 minutes walk from the Rambla de Catalunya and Paseo de Gracia.

Barcelona tourist tax is of €9,35 /adult/night . It is mandatory to show ID/Passports upon arrival or before.

Property is very nice but...

If you are looking for a clean and nice property, this one fits. It is spacious and has room for a larger group. We were a total of 4 adults and 4 children. It fit our needs well. What we did not like about the property is that the power went out 3 different times. When we tried to communicate this to the property management company they said they were just informed that the electrical company was doing work in the neighborhood. Unfortunately this was not true as we discovered that if you run more than 1 appliance at a time all the power goes off in the unit. The property management company could not figure this out which was unfortunate. We would rather be told the truth, rather then someone make something up about a possible issue.

Checking was a breeze. We arrived early and our luggage was stored. We got a text when the apartment was ready. Very comfortable for the 6 of us. We were able to walk to get a few groceries, plus lots of restaurants in the area.

insonorisation nulle Entendu des enfants jouer le matin au dessus Entendu un bref rapport sexuel le soir dans un autre appartement à côté Mais mais surtout durant 5 jours l’odeur permanente des toilettes dans tout l’appartement ne nous permettez pas de recevoir des amies !!!!! Great apartment but very noisy

Despite the five stars, which gave this as a great apartment, location brilliant but very noisy inside. People above were walking around all night, floors squeaking, thud, thud, thud. Two parties side by side, yelling, singing and terrible smells from the bathrooms. We would return to Barcelona, but not to this particular apartment block. Next time, we need a top floor so we can't hear those above us, OR one that has not been refurbished behind its facade. As the building construction is just not the same as the original buildings.

Great apartment in a good location

There were 5 of us. We had plenty of room, good amenities and metro nearby. Manager met us at the door and we had no problems with the apartment. This is a clean, well lit apartment with lots and lots of restaurants and bakeries nearby.

Inconsistent management

When we arrived at the property, we were disappointed that the terrace was closed at 6 pm every night to keep the noise down. We sent a message to management indicating our disappointment but was told that to keep noise down they had to close the terrace. Two nights later the occupants one floor up form us had a party, we informed management twice through the evening, management sent someone over to talk to them, but they kept on partying and a bunch of them were singing to the top of their lungs on the balcony at 2 in the morning. It wrecked our nights sleep and the subsequent day was a bit of a washout due to lack of sleep.

Heel leuke woning in een mooie wijk. Lekkere bedden en fijne kamers. Helaas wel supergehorig.

Fijn verblijf. Lekkere woning in goede wijk. Restaurants in de buurt en het centrum op loopafstand. Helaas wel veel last van geluid van de buren, die de trap opkomen of praten in eigen appartement. Het dakterras bleek niet voor ons alleen maar voor alle appartementen. En daar moest je eerst paar trappen voor beklimmen. Dat viel tegen. Keuken qua pannen matig uitgerust, thuis koken niet goed mogelijk. Feestje bij de bovenburen dus lang wakker liggen. Wel opgelost door agency te bellen. Overal hangt info dat je stil moet de doen na 22 uur; dat is dus niet voor niets.

The property was wonderful. they were very helpful during this covid time helping us find a doctor to do covid testing for getting on our cruise. Apartment worked well. would stay again if in Barcelona.

Très bon séjour , bel appartement

Super , l’appartement correspond à l’annonce , le lieu est très propre et bien équipé. L’appartement est bien placé. Dommage que les horaires d’ouverture de la terrasse soient aussi restreints (10h-18h). De plus les murs étant assez fins nous entendons les bruits de couloir et le voisinage. Nous avons passé un super séjour , merci à vous.

Good location. Clean apartment

The apartment was simple but nice. Not many cups, plates etc so you have to constantly be washing up. VERY noisy in the two rooms at the front as on the road. Lots of traffic is going all through the night without pause. Very noisy neighbours above walking up and down throughout the night keeping the other two rooms awake.
