"A beautiful hotel, right by the beach. We had a balcony off of our room and it was wonderful to sit out and enjoy the view. The rooftop balcony was great too. We grabbed dinner from a boat down by the boat club, took it up to the rooftop, and enjoyed the sunset. We love our trip to viareggio!"

"This place was great. We loved the location and the breakfast were outstanding. Room was large and cool. We had a bathtub and it was very relaxing and comfortable. they even had a bicycle we used to drive around the city walls. Loved it!"

"Spa is very tired, there’s a spa pool with various sections that once did something but most of it is not working now, and there are loose tiles and broken switches. Access was included in our room rate but I wouldn’t pay extra if it wasn’t. Staff, including spa as well as reception, pool bar and restaurant are all super helpful and knowledgeable and we love the location, close to Terme Tettuccio as well as the town but far enough away to be peaceful. Hotel is clean, tidy and smells lovely"

"I found the hotel was very handy with the 24 hour desk especially as flight was delayed and missed the last train to Lucca and had to get a taxi. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and airy. Would highly recommend"
