“Very friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. Good location for our purposes”

“The hotel itself was modern, clean, and perfectly suitable for our one-night stay. Unfortunately, our experience with the front desk staff let it down. The two male receptionists came across as unhelpful and, at times, bordering on rude. The hotel advertises parking, but it's extremely difficult to find because it isn't located on the same road as the hotel entrance. Trying to navigate the city's one-way streets and no-entry roads while searching for it was stressful. When we went into……

“The night we spent went well. Accommodations for my family were great as we all slept comfortably and had 2 washrooms which was great for family of 5. I’d suggest a later breakfast time to allow for vacation rest!”

“I did not have a ocean view I had a basement room ..it was clean basic and adequate..it’s not exactly ocean front, some of the photos used are not of the property itself, but at a beach kiosk quite a walk away and was closed which is quite deceiving and I would not say it’s a hotel and it’s not a bed and breakfast either it’s a guest house room and bathroom, no Wifi, some form of satalite tv no English speaking channels it did have a fridge and on the positive was lovely quite and safe at night.……

“Lovely apartment/room. Staff was friendly, polite and professional. We did not require much and communication was simple. The location of this place is close to Bari center and roughly 10-12 minutes walking to the metro center. 12-25 mins walking from Murat/Bari Vecchia and lungomare beach side. Extremely clean with amenities and ice cold air conditioning ! WE LOVE IT If you enjoy walking and exploring around this location is very convenient to go see Murat and old Bari and also 10 mins away……

“Great room, actually a suite of three rooms connected with our own plunge pool/spa bath. A very unique experience. Breakfast is outstanding along with the breakfast room that has videos on the walls and ceiling ( looks like a starry night ) along with live piano music.”

“The host was exceedingly responsive, which left everything worry-free. I was there a bit earlier and my room had already been ready. The property is in a historic building in the centre of the old city centre, high ceiling and beautiful, and easy access to everything. The best thing is that comes with a lift, so heavy suitcases were not a problem at all.
