「We stayed because this apartment was close to family we were visiting. It’s kind of tucked away and not super close to “stuff to do” but it was great for what we needed. It was clean, the host was responsive, and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable - the couches were fine for couches but would have been rough if we had planned on sleeping on them. Overall a great experience and we’re going to keep it in mind for the next time we come to visit! 」

「Although we live only 25 minutes away, we had never been to this lake. Definitely off the grid as written and we found the cottage charming as a 1922 cottage could be. We were surprised at the noise from a local event center on Sunday evening, but they got quiet after 10pm. Boaters were active until 11pm on the weekends which also surprised us. 「From beginning to end, could not have dreamed of a better island getaway, in the Berkshire’s none-the -less. Bill was a wonderful host. Very friendly, responsive and helpful. Super welcoming. 「We stayed for 2 nights to attend an event at Springfield College. 'We' were 5 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs. While it is pet friendly there were no remnants of any pets from previous renters. It is an OLD farmhouse that was immaculate and comfortably furnished. It is stocked with plenty of towels and all the kitchen utensils and appliances needed. The property is very quiet and relaxing. Plenty of parking and a nice backyard for active kids.」
