“Das Personal war insgesamt sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war super lecker und bot jeden Tag viel Abwechslung. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gepflegt. Allerdings hätten die Handtücher sowie die Taschentücher im Zimmer etwas häufiger gewechselt bzw. aufgefüllt werden können. Ein Punkt, der uns nicht so gefallen hat: Mehrere Mitarbeiter haben meine Frau wiederholt angesprochen und ihr Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt. Das empfanden wir teilweise als unangenehm. Trotzdem hatten……

“Place is new so its in good shape but the spa area and stores were still under construction. You also cant use the bridge to get to the beach. There are also beggars surrounding the area, wo safety is a huge concern. If you are a non-white person be prepared for the staff to give you awkward looks and constantly harass you to give your room number or room card anytime you go to the pool or breakfast. “The hotel is not by the beach. The photos make it look like it is by the beach but really isn't. You have to walk about ten minutes to reach the praia. The breakfast was good. The staff in the restaurants were friendly and efficient. The overall service was okay. I arrived Sunday, asked for extra 2 clean pillowcases, and I had to ask about 4x before I actually got them. By the time they gave me pillowcases, it was already Tuesday afternoon. I asked for a wake up call on my last day and the……
