「Place was clean and in a nice area. Refrigerator did not work and all our food spoiled. We were told a maintenance worker would come and he never did. We were also randomly charged an extra 500 dollars. Luckily we were able to get it back but we should have never been charged.」

「The building is run down and disgusting. The beds are not beds, they are roll-outs. The place looks nothing like the photos shown. However, the manager there was nice enough to tell me that I can get a refund.」

「Cons:
Bath window crank broken
No hooks on bath door
Tub drain does not work. No baths sadly for my wife.
Living room lamp very top heavy. Fell over on my dog.
Kitchen utensil draw will fall out easily if pulled all the way out.
Bottom bunk ceiling is dangerous. Easy to hit your head on sharp edge slats.
Pros:
TVs in all rooms.
USB ports in both bdrms.
Kitchen well stocked.
Paper goods well stocked.
Clean and comfortable.

「Very clean, comfortable and welcoming. Was unaware bedrooms only accessible by narrow and steep stair case. It would have been helpful to disclose that information. Fortunately we did not have a problem except it was strenuous to carry our luggage to bedroom area. Aside from that, it was a great stay. 」
