"We had tickets to Sunday Cardinal's game. This house had a perfect location = 12 minutes from the ballpark. It was in walking distance to our 2 favorite restaurants on the Hill - Amighetti's and Cunnetto's. The house was perfect for our family. It was completely immaculate. The bed in the primary room was a little low to the floor. The air conditioning cooled the house quickly. "Home was exactly as described online. Loved that there was coffee bar and snacks provided by host. Although we didn’t utilize game room it would be great for a family with teens. This was a quick trip for us but my husband has said he would love to come back and stay in this property again (and I agree with him). Matt was great at communication and his home is beautiful!"

"The house is in a quiet neighborhood, easy to find & accessible to area attractions. The photos of the house are accurate, very clean and well stocked with essentials. We had one small faucet leak & maintenance came within minutes to fix! Questions we had regarding the house were answered in minutes. Did I mention the house is extremely clean & well taken care of? The onlything we thought could make the basement space more usable would be a couch, other than that we have no other suggestions....

"The property was great. There were plenty of rooms and bathrooms which was a big deal for our party of 12. The hosts were easy to contact and were quick to return messages. We only stayed one night and the refrigerator either failed and stopped working or simply lost power (tripped breaker?), which could have caused us trouble for a longer stay, but the hosts appeared willing to resolve any issues very quickly so I have little doubt it would have been investigated and fixed promptly without much...

"We stayed over the Memorial Day Holiday weekend. Everything went smooth except for a couple of major concerns. The hand rail going upstairs was completely pulled out of the wall on one end. This is dangerous for going up and down the steps. The back door deadbolt is also broken. I called and spoke to the manager and she said she was contacting the owner and said somebody should come out to fix at least the railing. No one ever showed up. Everything else was great."

"The location and setup of this home was perfect for our weekend trip to St. Louis. We were less than 15 minutes away from any of the activities we planned to do. There are tons of restaurants within walking distance! Plus a nice grocery store about 5 minutes away by car. The host was amazing, and responded quickly to any questions we had before and during our trip. She also has a nice guide that includes various recommendations for food and activities.
