Lovely hotel in Kelbrook
"Lovely friendly staff, nice clean room, great shower, plenty of tea/coffee/biscuits/water supplied. A good selection of beers, very nice evening meal, (only had a main) and the breakfast this morning was superb. Thank you to all the staff, will visit again."

Lovely stay but no room service
"Hotel was lovely and would stay again. Nice touches in room like a fridge, smart tv and coffee machine. Restaurant food was excellent Only gave four stars though as no room service which surprised me."

"As requested we advised our arrival time & reconfirmed 30 minutes prior but unfortunately still had to wait for a staff member to arrive to let us in. Wifi code not given, & couldn't find it in room so had to text for it. Room was in basement & we found it a little cold, & couldn't get the radiator ..."
