    Embrace the excellent on-site facilities within our 5 acres of grounds, including a play area, a hidden fort, and sensory equipment for the little ones. Venture to the top grassy area beyond the woodland, where goal equipment awaits, and enjoy a few rounds on the free all-weather court.

    Our cottages are thoughtfully arranged around a central courtyard, offering barbecues, tables, and bench seats for alfresco entertaining. Inside, the cabin boasts colourful LED lighting and speaker sockets, creating an ideal atmosphere for a romantic hideaway or an alternative party venue. For pizza enthusiasts, a weekly mobile pizza night, courtesy of a local expert, awaits in the courtyard. Situated just over a mile from the town centre, our location is ideal for exploring North Devon and its attractions. Experience the enchanting Exmoor National Park, boasting magical night skies as Europe’s first ’Dark Sky Reserve.’ Discover rugged coastal towns, quaint villages like Lynton and Lynmouth, Ilfracombe, and the world-famous Clovelly Village, each with awe-inspiring scenery.

    Families will find plenty of places to explore, from Exmoor Zoo to Milky Way Adventure Park and The Big Sheep farm-themed park. If you’re a beach enthusiast, North Devon offers a plethora of options, including Saunton, Woolacombe, Croyde, and Westward Ho! Beaches—all easily accessible by car. Take a stroll along the South West Coastal Path, a 90-mile stretch through the region’s rugged coastline, perfect for both walkers and those seeking stunning views. Access the popular Tarka Trail from the town centre for a unique experience, following a disused railway line on foot or by bicycle, allowing you to savour some of Devon’s finest countryside and river scenery. The beach is just 6½ miles away, inviting you to embark on a North Devon adventure.
