    This brand new home outside Braunton is finished to a high standard with calming coastal décor throughout. Downstairs features a luxurious living room with cloud-like sofas and large smart TV, a high-spec kitchen diner with doors to an enclosed garden, plus utility room with WC. Upstairs are three comfortable double bedrooms sharing a modern bathroom with bath and shower. Private parking for one car included.



    The Space:

    This beautifully presented three-bedroom home just outside Braunton offers a stylish and comfortable base for your next coastal escape. Newly built and finished to a high standard throughout, the property is thoughtfully designed with a subtle coastal aesthetic, featuring calming tones of white and cream, complemented by natural macramé and seagrass textures.



    Downstairs, the inviting living room is the perfect place to unwind, with luxurious, cloud-like cream sofas piled high with plush cushions and a large smart TV for relaxed evenings in. A separate utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and WC adds everyday convenience, especially for longer stays.



    The heart of the home is the high-spec open-plan kitchen and dining area, fully equipped with all the modern appliances you need to cook and dine with ease.     This holiday home in Chivenor, just outside Braunton, offers the perfect base for exploring North Devon’s stunning coastline and countryside. Set in a peaceful location near the Taw Estuary, it’s ideal for relaxing while still being close to some of the area’s best attractions.



    Food lovers will enjoy nearby Braunton, home to local favourites like Squire's Fish & Chips for classic seaside fare, and SQ Restaurant, known for its excellent, modern dining. Braunton itself is a lively village with independent shops, cafés and pubs, perfect for an afternoon wander. You'll find a well-stocked Co-op for essentials with large supermarkets available in Barnstaple.



    Just a short drive away are some of Devon’s most famous beaches. Saunton Sands, Croyde, and Woolacombe offer miles of golden sand, ideal for surfing, swimming, paddleboarding and long coastal walks. Croyde is particularly popular for its laid-back surf scene, with a great selection of pubs and restaurants for post-beach dining.



    For outdoor enthusiasts, the Tarka Trail runs nearby, offering miles of flat, scenic cycling and walking routes through the countryside and along the estuary. It’s perfect for families and those looking to explore at a slower pace.



    A little further afield, Exmoor National Park provides a completely different landscape, with rugged moorland, dramatic coastlines and abundant wildlife. It’s ideal for hiking, horse riding or simply enjoying the incredible views.



    You can also explore Appledore and Instow, charming estuary villages with waterside pubs, sandy beaches and crabbing spots for children.

    Getting Around:

    Given the location in Devon, having a vehicle is recommended. We offer private off-road parking for one car. The streets around the house are unrestricted and can be used for additional vehicles.



    The nearest train station is in Barnstaple, a short 10-minute drive away, making it accessible for cyclists. The property is conveniently located near the Tarka Trail, a scenic route to Barnstaple and Braunton. From Barnstaple, regular trains connect to Exeter St Davids, with direct fast trains to Bristol and London Paddington. Local buses run frequently along the coast towards Croyde and Woolacombe, every 15 minutes.
