“Everything stood out! The staff which is the life of any hotel is incredible. Note Issac, Monica, the night team, all the folks at restaurant for breakfast and manager Patricio. It was really filthy. The sheets were completely yellow, and there were blue stains on the blanket—possibly toothpaste, but I’m not sure. The towels and bath towels had visible stains, and there was dust accumulated for years behind the headboard and deep in the corners of the floor. You could hear every single word from the room next door.
