「A quiet and nice resort! Everyone was so nice and inviting. The property was clean and enjoyable. I would definitely return!」

「The cottage was very clean and adorable inside and out. They have a very nice kid swimming area but the other pool that we wanted to swim in was very dirty. I called the next morning to report it and nothing was done the whole time we were there. That was disappointing. And during our stay the door locks were changed. We did get a notification telling us they were in the process of changing them but our last evening we came back to our cottage to find our keys didn’t work. Which was...

「Had a fun stay here, my partner not so much. We took this trip to celebrate my birthday but my partner still had to work the WiFi would not work and he ended up getting in a lot of trouble with his job for not being able to work while we were here. Also found so many dead bugs around our room and in the bathtub for me that was the worst part. But outside of the bugs and WiFi we did enjoy our stay and the place.」

「THE BAD: The entry area and bathroom and shower were old and filthy. The shower curtain was disgusting. The food in the tiki bar was ridiculously overpriced for what you get. The rooms we stayed in are in bad need of a remodel. Wifi never worked. I tripped getting out of the pool and injured my hamstring because the top step in the pool is taller that the other steps-not sure how that passed code. THE GOOD: The new pool and swim-up bar are a great time. Wish there were more like it in Branson....

「Staff very friendly and helpful. The property was not inviting. All lawn care was complete ignored. The condos were run down, windows very dirty, furniture was beyond use,trash cans outside the door had a terrible odor. The outlay of French Quarter was excellent, it appears years of lack of maintenance and repairs have severely damaged a once great resort. Again the staff was excellent .」

「Checking in took way too long. Over 35 min because of the technology. Mind you, a bunch of older people stay here I’m assuming for the golf, most didn’t know how to use the iPads up front and it took SO long. And then having to go to ANOTHER counter to get parking pass. I chose this place mainly for the pool and splash area. Splash area was not working and that wasnt updated anywhere on the website so that sucked. Doesn’t seem like they enforce curfew or quiet hours. I have a baby and we were up...
