"The property looks great. The room was nice however, the mattress was extremely firm and some furniture items in the room were clearly not cleaned for a long time. Also, it was a bit strange that I was charged around $55 USD at the end of my trip as a tip to the staff even though I was individually tipping everyone I was in contact with."

"Es un hotel muy bonito y limpio. Es muy bueno, pero los restaurantes, aprovechando que no hay opciones en la zona, son demasiado costosos. Dos adultos y un niño sin licor la cuenta son 700.000 pesos fácil y sin pedir postres. Eso son casi 200 dólares por comida si. Postres y una sola entrada. Es demasiado costosa la comida y más en Colombia."
