“I would give this resort a 1-star rating. While arrival and check-in went smoothly, the overall experience quickly declined. One major issue was the language barrier. There was a clear lack of staff who could effectively communicate, which made even simple requests frustrating and difficult. During our stay, service was consistently poor. On two separate occasions at the pool, I requested drinks for my spouse and me, and both times, the request was never fulfilled. Another day, I ordered room……
