「The hotel is extremely well located literally in the train station. You can be out of your train and straight in the hotel in less than 3-5 minutes. Very clean and modern.」

「Very nice hotel within walking distance to all the attractions. Nice balcony with view of castle and wildlife. Tasty breakfast as well!」

「Overall, the hotel is well maintained and the restaurant offers a beautiful view. However, our bathroom drain was clogged, making it difficult to shower comfortably. The room was also very warm, with no air conditioning, and the small windows made the space feel cramped. While the property is nice overall, the room itself was not as comfortable as we had hoped.」

「Très contente de mon petit séjour à l’hôtel , le personnel très sympathique la chambre rien à dire très propre et la literie très confortable c’est sûr que je reviendrai」

「Lovely stay in the heart of Gruyères Excellent location right in the heart of beautiful Gruyères village. The room was spacious and comfortable, and it was very convenient for exploring the castle, restaurants and surrounding area. We especially enjoyed the atmosphere of staying inside the historic village rather than outside it. A lovely base for our two-night stay and we would happily stay here again.」

「Very good stay. I didn’t realise the hotel is named after the chocolate brand. Very nice visit to the chocolate factory too~ Restaurant staff is nice; but the reception staff not very friendly, always poker face.」
