「I would never stay here again the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. Room clean」

「Friendly staff at check in. Given a piece of paper per room for times of pool etc … does this change frequently? not very environmentally friendly to print it out each time for each room. Went to use pool and sauna etc to hear one of the staff moaning that a child had poo’ed in the children’s pool and it was now out of action and on top of that the steam room had packed up and no staff. We did use the adult pools and sauna which were fine. We did not eat at the hotel but came back for...

「Beautiful property and had an amazing visit. Pity the property doesn’t have Aircon in the rooms. With the current heatwave it made it very hot inside the building . I understand it’s because it’s an old historical building and there are restrictions.」

「Beautiful location and property very nice but can't believe there is no lift / elevator in the building. Disappointing breakfast offering. Two breakfast buffet offerings advertised, continental £12.95 and hot £16.95 but on the first day there was no hot buffet. Hot food was ordered a la carte from the kitchen (plated) and price remained £16.95 regardless of what was ordered. Surely pricing should have been adjusted. Overall a very pleasant stay but if you're a senior or someone with disabilities...
