“Sadly our flights were cancelled due to the UK Air Traffic Control technical issue on Sep 8. All flights were impacted. Our rebooked flight was also cancelled. I contacted Expedia to see if they could contact the hotel and explain our situation. Expedia spoke to Mateo who advised Expedia that he could not cancel the reservation and issue a credit. While I completely understand that this was last minute but it was due to a very unfortunate issue in the UK.”

“The house in Castel St Elia is truly an authentic and unique place, the host is detail oriented, very accommodating and communicative. The house has everything you need, even a mini popcorn machine and dishwasher. We traveled with our dog and cooked dinners at the house and felt very comfortable. The view is amazing, so is access to town, many churches and hiking trails into the valley. If you are a true hiker you can take the 4.5km trail to Nepi which is the neighboring worth visiting.”

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Allein der Standort ist mit der Einfahrt direkt auf eine schlecht einsehbare Straße (Spiegel helfen hier) und ohne Zugang zu Fuß ein kleines Manko für mich.Vielen Dank für einen herrlichen Tag am See:)”

“Marco’s apartment is gorgeous! He was such a great host and came to greet us. Then showed us around the beautifully decorated two bedroom apartment. It was so spacious, clean, and had all amenities needed. I would highly recommend this apartment which is close to parking, the castle and so many wonderful restaurants. It’s a charming spot to stay so close to the lake.”

“What a wonderful find in such a fabulous location to explore the beautiful town of Bracciano! The apartment is close to the train station which was great for us taking a day trip to Rome and not at all noisy to be nearby. Everywhere was in close walking distance - to the cafes, restaurants and the castle. The lake was a 15 minute walk (steep!). The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable and had a real home from home feel. We came as a family of four, with two young children and the……
