The Glendale Hotel is one of those older, well-established two-story properties that's really more of a motel than hotel. It worked perfectly well for me as a solo business traveler, but it was standard fare — nothing particularly unique. Although I didn't require or request it, they put me in a fairly large, plain-jane room with handicap access. Little to no art adorning the walls. Good features for business use. A dining table, a desk and plenty of outlets for electronics. Staff was very friendly. $15 charge for overnight parking.

I stayed for 3 days and I wasn’t expecting much due to the other reviews. It’s not a huge 5 star hotel but it was quiet and I was comfortable. The room was a little small but overall still comfortable. It wasn’t the best view outside. The staff were great, check in was simple and they placed a hold of $100 on my card which was removed the day after I left (other hotels kept the hold for days/weeks).

"We enjoyed staying at KK Spa hotel in Sa Pa. The service was excellent. Unfortunately there was construction works nearby (not related to the hotel) which was overbearing during the day. The staff tried very hard to make our stay comfortable despite this nuisance. Would definitely stay here next ..."
