「Comfortable stay in the middle of this historic district. So close to everything.」

「So the location and property itself is really convenient. The SM mall is within walking distance and theres a convenience store just at ground level. The room itself was well stocked with modern amenities and wifi. However theres roaches, small ones but enough for my wife to find them in our clothing and such. When i brought up my concerns to the point of contact for the property he made a few valid points regarding the roaches, he clearly puts alot of effort into mainting a high level of...

「It’s an amazing place and host」

「The house is awesome however it is the wrong neighborhood. People there are rude. 」

「This property was totally misrepresented and I had concerns from a previous review. I contacted the host and they assured me everything wasn’t working order. When we got there, there was no air conditioning as stated in the description in the house, there was only air-conditioning in the bedrooms. The Jacuzzi did not have hot water thus it’s not a Jacuzzi. Everything was very very old, including all the utensils pots and pans. The house had a very, very musty smell that didn’t go away even with...

「Great stay as per usual. Most convenient and cost effective accommodation you will find in Malolos. No other one comes close especially with the amenities you are provided with for the price! Host is amazing so they'll be sure to give you a good time, too.」

「I love the proximity to the beach, the privacy, very well kept」

「I booked this place expecting a regular private condo as advertised, but it turned out to be a shared apartment with two other guests. I had to share the bathroom and kitchen, which was never mentioned clearly on the website. The owner refused a refund when I tried to cancel, even though the pictures online were completely different from the actual property. The room smelled awful, and I was so uncomfortable that I booked another hotel that same night. This was a very disappointing and...

「Property is secure and safe. Personnels are very accommodating and easy to talk with.」

「We had a function to attend at Imus, Cavite and we found this place that could accommodate all 11 of us, ranging from a 1yr old baby, 2 kids, 4 Adults and 4 Senior Citizens. The Property Manager (Anthony Rose) was very easy to communicate with and answered all our questions in timely manner. Check in and Check out was very flexible and easy, as long as no one was booked before or after our party. All amenities mentioned were available. The best part was the strong water pressure in the...

「Regina provided excellent information that made check-in easy. The home is located within walking distance of a large SM Mall that made shopping easy. The house is clean and in excellent condition and appears to be a new build. We found it to be comfortable and private which is what we were looking for in a property. I would definitely rebook this property for future visits to the area.」

「If looking for a true getaway, this place is it. No restaurants nearby so one has to shop for food to cook at the place. Full kitchen and a fridge. Close to the beach and that's it. 」
