「Everything about our stay has been perfect. Quentin was helpful and responsive in our initial discussions. He and his housekeeper were exceptionally courteous when we asked to check in early. The apartment is in an ideal location. It was clean and well appointed with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. I will be travelling to Manila on business in the future and this will absolutely be the place I will stay. Thank you Quentin.」

「Adequate. The A/C for the apartment consists of an a/c unit in each of the bedrooms upstairs. Only fans are available downstairs. Be mindful the bath downstairs is a wet bath, and if you aren't used to traveling abroad, the toilet is a bidet. The wasing machine is nice to have, but window above is open, so when it rained, everything below got wet. Security for the unit was great and our hostess was pleasant. 」

「The house was conveniently located close to the Walking Street. The caretakers of the house, Bing and Susan, were very attentive to our needs and really made our stay very enjoyable. The house was very large, clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, and the showers were very nice, large and relaxing. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever traveling to the Clark area. Thank you again to Bing and Susan for making us feel so comfortable during our stay!」

「We had a function to attend at Imus, Cavite and we found this place that could accommodate all 11 of us, ranging from a 1yr old baby, 2 kids, 4 Adults and 4 Senior Citizens. The Property Manager (Anthony Rose) was very easy to communicate with and answered all our questions in timely manner. Check in and Check out was very flexible and easy, as long as no one was booked before or after our party. All amenities mentioned were available.
