「We checked-in here at Brizo Hotel and Beach Resort in Morong Bataan for Dec 3-4, 2022 (saturday-sunday), we were only informed that the pool is not available when we got to the property. We hoped that we were at least informed in advance regarding the situation as we should have made changes to our plans prior to travelling all the way to the property. 「We enjoyed the pool, but there were a lot of leaves. The room was not clean enough, especially the outdoor toilets; there was even poop that was not cleaned. The place is beautiful, and the beach itself could improve in cleanliness as well as the service at the reception and kitchen, where the staff seemed unfriendly.」

When we checked out, Sir Sherwin even offered to take me and my companions on a brief tour of Bagac, Bataan. That was thoughtful of the couple to do that for us. 「Wifi was compromised, started receiving scam calls the second i connected to the wifi. The walls were dirty and unclean. The ceiling had cobwebbs with insects and debris inside. The breakfast served was just ordered from the McDonald's next door. The bathroom smelled, and the neighboring unit had really bad case of vomiting very loudly next door. As if thats not all bad enough, they used angle grinders to do remodel during our stay. Dont pay the rate they ask on the site.」
