Restful place with a view.

Service was very good and they have a seafood restaurant on the premises, which was really good. Rooms were generous in size and well equipped. Could have been better if rooms had a proper table with chairs at the balcony area. Breakfast could also be better.

Great surroundings facing the sea and bridge. Nice huge room. Buggy service to ferry guests around is great as it is a large compound with steep slopes. Furniture a bit old. Food and beverage in hotel needs major upgrade in terms of quality.

"Lots of potential waiting to be unleashed"

Its a large resort that's well maintained. But the service staff and the quality of service/ food/ facilities need some sprucing up. It has a lot of potential if only they get the human factor up to scratch. For eg. the bedding and towels have seen better days. The spa facilities have seen better days and the masseurs are not even in uniform! The staff have great attitude just lacking in the service trainings for a consistent experience. There are lots of facilities on the resort, so it can be an all-in-one resort. Its such a shame to see a lovely well built facility just rot away. I hope the management takes things seriously and allow this resort to reach its full potential.

Staff was very friendly and approachable. Transport to get there was very easy with the shuttle bus provided. Cleanliness is quite good considering this resort is not that young. Only 2 downsides - there were so many mosquitos in the room! We killed 16 mosquitos, seem to be coming from the drains in the toilet.. Other thing is there was strong smoke smell due to guests smoking/vaping around the beach club area so it wasn't the most pleasant.

Went to Harris for children’s school holiday during CNY. One of the best places in Batam for families filled with activities and friendly staff. The rooms are dated and in need of an update or TLC but decent enough if your focus is outside activities. We partakes in jet skiing, massages, kids club, and pools. All well staffed and well suited to keep kids happy. One notable gap was the breakfast service which costs extra. Ending at 10:30 we arrived at 9:40 to find few options available with lots of empty trays and stations unmanned or with food and felt bad for the staff that we’re dealing with frustrated guests. My breakfast that day was a cup of coffee and scraps of noodles. Regardless, will be returning as my little one really enjoyed the stay and again wonderful staff.

Quite disappointed

Location ok. Hotel pools were in bad conditions,dirty. Room amenities is disappointing. Towels is dirty looking. Bedsheet is dirty. Breakfast is a joke. We came for breakfast very early around 6.45am and the food was cold. Bird's were feeding the bread and no staff were attending the bread section. Only 1 staff were there at the front. Not all food were ready even by 0700 am. Harris Barelang management must wake up.

Todella rauhallinen paikka ja uima-allaskin oli lähes yksityiskäytössä. Alueen ravintoloiden aukioloajat eivät pitäneet paikkaansa eikä mitään tietoa yksityistilaisuuksista. Ihanan isot huoneet. Sivuilla on maininta että lentokenttäkuljetus lisämaksusta ja maksutta lauttaterminaaleihin näin ei kuitenkaan ollu vaan maksettiin itse tullessa taksi ja paluumatka hotellin järjestämä. Joskin hinta oli erittäin edullinen.

Kamar bahu lembab tak sehat Dan banyak Debü kotor sekali Balkon nya. Tangga kotor sekali tak Ada maintenance, bantal bahu keringat, seprai bahu apek, Saya tak tahan bahu nya di dalam kamar, sehingga Harus buka pintu di waktu tidur Dan AC Saya kencang kan nyala nya. Harga kamar tak sesuai dengan ke adaan kamar nya. Untuk Tamu yg biasa hidup di daerah kotor mungkin bisa terbiasa dengan ke adaan yg kamar serba ber Debü....untuk Tamu yg terbiasa hidup di tempat bersih Hotel ini tak cocok,,,sorry yg Saya Harus bicara apa Adanya. Saya bisa bikin Foto Dan Pasang di Facebook tuk perlihatkan Orang di seluruh dunia. Kecewa sekali dengan bermalam di kamar bahu kandang Ayam. Untuk Restaurant Dan Lobby nya cantik juga kolam renang bagus. Saya tak bisa kasi rekomendasi tuk Tamu yg High level yg biasa hidup di lingkungan Dan rumah bersih.

다시 오고싶지않은...

처음 로비에.들어왔을때 정말 좋았음. 방에 입실하였는데 85불 짜리 방을 예약했는데 40불짜리 방을 줬으며, 3시도 넘었음에도 불구하고 체크인 하는데 30분정도 걸렸음(방청소 안되어 있었고 방앞에는 이전 사람이 묶고 먹었던 그릇도 저녁 늦게까지 안치워져 있었음). 수영장을 갔는데 사진에 있는 수영장은 모두 폐쇄되어있엇는데 타올은 거기서 받는 말도 안되는 상황이 발생함. 프론트직원은 영어를 굉장히 잘했지만 나머지 직원들은 거의 못함. 아침식사 또한 굉장히 별로였으며, 빵위에는 파리가 많이 앉아 있어 먹다가 나옴. 방 상태 또한 그렇게 깨끗하지 않앗지만 지낼만은 했음.

Nice resort near to the beach

We were welcome by very cheerful and friendly staffs of the resort. We booked a suite and we were assigned a beach facing suite and the view is spectacular. Our children love the suite as well. The resort has a clean private beach as the staffs were seen walking around to ensure no rubbish lying around. We even seen staffs sweeping the dried fallen leaves and cleaning up other areas. The staffs know we were here for birthday celebrations and they showed up at our room with a cake and sing birthday song. Was surprised by the gesture. However the hotel forget to ask whose birthday we were celebrating and they wrote my name instead (I'm not the birthday person). Perhaps the staffs can ask for the name of the birthday person in the future. :) We had an enjoyable stay. Thank you.
