I stayed at this property the last 4 nights as I attended the Kingdom Bound festival at Six Flags. I was impressed with the kindness of the staff, the great room and the close proximity to a number of stores and places to eat. It was super close to the highway and a quick drive to Six Flags. I would definitely stay here again

Great location and friendly staff

Check in was such an easy process and the young man on the front desk was very helpful when I inquired about a local attraction and how far away it was, even giving me advice about things to watch out for along the way. Our room was clean with no odors. The hotels fitness center and pool were easily accessible with good hours. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great Property!

The room and the property were very clean and well-maintained. As senior citizens, we appreciate the walk-in showers and the lower beds. Some hotels now have beds that are just too high for us to get into comfortably. The staff was very welcoming and the complimentary breakfast was very good.

We arrived on the day the hotel had their "soft opening." The staff (who were all brand new) were very friendly and obviously wanted to please their guests. The hotel was very very clean and the room was perfect.

The staff was great and check in was quick and easy. Breakfast was decent. We did have a used washcloth left in our room and our shower door did not stay closed and the staff knew about this problem and gave us the room anyway. The indoor pool was dirty and freezing but the rest of the grounds were clean and well lept.

In my 7 night stay the beds were made once and trash taken out twice. The bed linen smelled horrible, comforters were dirty at the edges. Room was not vacuumed, my kid ate peanuts and the shells sat there thru out my stay.

The place looks good and staff is friendly but there were many problems and we wont be back. Most concerning was the loud noises above us from 12 am - 1am. Stomping, slamming doors, someone dropping heavy items. I called the front desk and was told she'd take care of it. But she was rude about it. Next, the beds were rock hard and very uncomfortable. Not enought towels or soap for our family. The pool is tiny and cold! Many ripped dangling curtains and old food in the pool area. When we came back from dinner out room cards didnt work and we had to get new ones. The whole stay seemed like the manager is trying to save money in areas but they lost ours now. The breakfast was good in the am and the place is clean and looks nice. But after the craziness above us in the night I was concerned for our safety and actually thought about calling the police. Crazy slamming around and stomping in the night is very strange on a sunday night! Anyway, not a good place.
