"Located in the heart of Batel which is one of the most upscale neighborhood of the city, has restaurants, bars, shopping, public transportation, pharmacies even hospitals near by only 15 minutes from downtown by foot if you like to walk, some of the rooms are very nice with privet balcony in the top floors. Great breakfast buffet. Overall great cost benefit for what you pay, highly recommend."

"Many cable channels didnt work. Shower drain was clogged up. The sofa bed was rough to sleep in. Not comfortable at all. I was expecting more for being a high end hotel in a high end neighborhood. Check in was very slow and we had to pay some weird fee not mentioned anywhere !"

"I heard from an employee that the place is getting sold, therefore everyone is demotivated and confused abou job security. No one wears name badges, no smiles, Irene took 18 minutes to check us, I had to show picture of a coffee pot on their Expedia photos to get one send to my room. Furniture old, breakfast . There is no culture of service. Rodrigo was little more cooperative after initial conflict. "
