“Cute and cozy with a nice river right outside the door! We enjoyed grilling outside and the river. Our dog loved going inside the river, and at night, we had a fire going. Pure relaxation. Also, check in states 4 o’clock, but we arrived at 2 and was able to check in! The only downside is no A/C and it gets pretty hot in there. Remember to bring your own cooling devices. Very nice getaway. We will be returning.”

“The cabins are fantastic. It was a cold morning so we didn't get to explore the property much but I would definitely stay there again.”

“This rental was the perfect location for our wedding guest weekend. 10 min to the Rocks Estate venue. 15 into Bethlehem and Littleton. We LOVED Bethlehem really cute and friendly. Also love the Iron Furnance Brewery in Franconia, which is just down the road. The house itself is lovely and feels new, except for furnature is DEFINATLEY "lived in", soft surfaces are heavily stained. Located off a dirt road on a dirt driveway. Jeeps are great! if you have a low riding car, watch out. The house……

“A different kind of experience in the northern Vermont hills. We had an excellent time, the Everest cabin was comfortable and nicely decorated, it has a space heater which did just fine, there is also a wood stove which we did not use. The weather was cold and even rainy. The cabin is close to the main lodge with shared kitchen, dining table, couches, game area, and bathrooms. It was fun to talk to other people while preparing meals. I wondered if people would clean up after themselves but they……

“Cute cabin location by the river with river access. They have a game room, fire pit, grill, and out door oven. Easy check in. It is outdated but feels like camping in a real cabin. There are heaters but they're not powerfull enough to keep you warm. It is cold at night. (Plan ahead for that). I would come back and pack a heating blanket next time.”

“The descriptions and images are accurate but make the place seem a bit nicer than it is. It's clean and the staff are helpful and nice. The set up is minimal and did not include several basics. For example, no dish soap or sponge despite only having 2 drinking glasses and 2 coffee mugs. The driveway is sand but there's no door mat so we had to sweep every day. The area is OK. We had some trouble finding restaurants (other than pizza and bars) that were open in the off season. There is a clear……

“Loved watching the ducks in the creek from our window ”

“Cabin was extremely cozy and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and cabin is in a great location near a very cute and active town with lots to do! Definitely recommend staying for a weekend.”

“100% as advertised and the positives reviews were justified. We are excited to visit again.”
