There appeared to be zero effort put into keeping things “tidy” while under construction. The entry door would not close and lock unless you put a lot of extra effort into it. I closed it a few times but it was always left open when I went though. Pretty sure the building was never secure over night. Along with that the deadbolt wouldn’t work in my room. “This place was awesome, romantic, clean and beautifully appointed! We stayed 10/25/25. We would definitely glamp there again. The site is along-side a cleared field and in a very peaceful farm country setting but set privately in the woods. Not far from Freeport and Bath, but away from everything. The hosts provided every amenity of you can think of! Electricity & water, games, screen house, sinks, grills, cooking utensils, coffee & cups, mini-fridge, wine opener & glasses, the list goes……

“The basic stuff was great. Check in was easy. Great area. We picked this cottage as it was close to several things we wanted to do. It is right across the street from the Railroad Museum which is awesome. Bring everything you think you might need. A few simple things would make this place a five. Coffee machine, hair dryer, thicker bigger towels, mat for your feet when you get out of the shower, extra toilet paper, extra towels(three small body towels, two wash clothes and a hand towel), maybe……

“Cabin was perfect for what we were looking for. It had everything we needed for the 3 days we were there. In a good location with a short drive to everything around. We would definitely rent this again in the future. ”
