"Room was nice, but no usb to charge phone. The power plug next to bed were loose and the charger plug kept disconnecting. We drove from Houston and arrived really late and hungry. The only restaurant was accessible through casino and we couldnt get in because they card you at the entrance of casino. ..."

"The front desk person was very professional but also friendly and welcoming. When we came down for happy hour everyone we spoke to was friendly and helped make our stay very enjoyable. Really enjoyed our time at the bar thanks to the great bartender, the whole atmosphere was awesome."

"Really enjoyed my stay here during a game weekend at LSU. Yes, the casino is still in construction but my room was fantastic and the best I had during a long trip across the South. Staff were super friendly and helpful. There is a shuttle bus to the sister casino to access amenities if you need them. ..."

Great hotel
"Desk staff was fantastic. Friendly and efficient. Room was spacious and clean, bed was very comfortable. Great gym and parking was never an issue. Breakfast was so-so, but everything else was great."

"There are checkin/checkout time discrepancies. Per the cite check in/out is 3pm and noon. I got there at 3 they said checkin was at 4 my room was not ready until 5. They said as a courtesy they would extend check out til 12. I was given a $10 credit at the restaurant."
