This marvelous house features 2 bathrooms with a bathtub, AC, iron, heating, a washing machine, and WiFi. Relax and unwind in this cozy space perfect for families or friends traveling together. Our home is in close proximity to most major stores including the mall. We are minutes away from LSU and a comfortable commute to Southern University.

I had a great time at this property. The property was well maintained, and I had great communication with the owner. All questions and inquiries that I had was responded to in a timely manner. It did rain the first day that I arrived, but the sun did come out and we were able to enjoy the fenced in back yard. The house and property were great and when I come back to Baton Rouge, I will definitely look for this property.
