「I believe the part of the hotel we stayed in was not part of the newer renovated rooms, the room we had was comfortable and very clean. The room was small and the bathroom was very tiny, but since it was just my husband and I it was adequate. We only stayed one night. The bed was very comfortable! The location is fantastic, parking is extremely tight, wasn’t very clean, ceiling fans are completely covered in thick dust, super low water pressure in showers, zero communication regarding where and how to check (I only knew because of reviews), and there is no elevator for those who would need it. She did a great job with answering our questions and checking on us throughout the stay. The grounds are extremely clean. 「We got there around 5pm on 5/1 and soon found out there was no hot water! My wife had to take a cold shower. I could not take a hot shower until mid day on 5/2. I would like a partial refund please.」
