“The beach was great & staff were very friendly & helpful. The room was older & run down. I had the drain in the tub snaked but it still backed up easily. The air conditioner would not go below 74 degrees. The tv system was down the whole time we were there. Not that we are on vacation to watch tv but we like to watch tv prior to going to bed. Property in general was clean. ”

“We were up all night because the room smelled of paint. The building was undergoing renovations. To combat the smell, we kept all the windows open. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach customer service because it’s automated, and you never speak to a real person. It was the worst experience. I’ve switched to the Heritage hotel, but I can’t say it’s any better. In fact, it’s probably worse. There’s construction scaffolding, and it’s incredibly loud. I’m disappointed with Marriott.”

“Room is old, bathtub is rusted, caulking around toilet was black. The room smells like no one lives in it for a while. While it rained, the water overflow to the door. The only pleasant thing was the staff was really nice and helpful. I don't think I will go back again unless they make some improvement”
