「Amazing rooms」

「This is truly a charming, historic, and beautiful hotel! Elegance in everything I experienced in our 1 bedroom premium suite! It felt like I was in a European apartment! You have absolutely everything you need and more! The location is perfect, King Street shopping right outside of the hotel, but tucked away in a beautiful alley where the Lowland restaurant (the hotel restaurant) is across the brick paved alley! 「Rooms were well appointed, staff was friendly, nice amenities like the chilled water and cookie bedside each night! Incredible dining experience on site, walkable to much of the shopping and other must see sites of Charleston. A special little place to stay!」

「This is a lovely property with a nice staff. The breakfast has a lot of hot and cold options, and our room was big and quiet. The location is walkable to many restaurants and activities. Overall, very happy with the evening we spent at the Andrew Pinckney. 」

「Water's Edge is a diamond in Folly with a fulsome breakfast. It's only a few blocks walk to the beach but also hidden on a side street away from traffic. I loved this place, especially my Atlantic room that had a jacuzzi tub and a view from the balcony of marshes. I slept like a baby and was made to feel very welcome by the staff. It's a classic B and B in every way. You can't beat it in Folly.」

The unit is right across the street from a nice small Mexican restaurant with good margaritas (if you arrive early for check-in). The owner/manager was in contact in case we needed anything, but all was perfect.」
