O Hotel possui uma estrutura muito boa, porém deixou a desejar na limpeza, embaixo da cama parecia que não havia sido limpo a algum tempo. O frigobar possuía produtos que pareciam ser de outros hóspedes anteriores e logo de manhã tinha muito barulho que atrapalhou o sono. Os atendentes são muito bons, e agéis, porém esses detalhes no conformo que acabaram deixando a desejar

O atendimento foi muito bom, pessoas educadas e cordiais. O quarto é confortável e o café da manhã estava bem gostoso. O único ponto negativo foi o barulho do ar condicionado, que nem estava ligado no meu quarto. Mas fazia um barulho constante de vibração, com o motor funcionando. Isso atrapalhou um pouco o meu sono.

Falta de funcionários ou treinamento apropriado.

O hotel já foi melhor, principalmente com relação ao café da manhã. A falta de funcionários na cozinha e serviço de mesa foi visível. Mesas sujas, comida fria, falta de reposição, ou pior, falta no estoque. A força de banho para minha esposa apareceu somente no último dia. Torneira fria da pia estava com mal funcionamento. Ouvi muitos cochichos de que o hotel estava decaindo. Cada quarto tem apenas um cartão de acesso, não tem cartões reservas, pelo menos é o que fomos informados. Se acabar esquecendo no carro ou na casa de alguém e o hotel estiver lotado, como era o caso, terá que ir lá buscar o cartão do seu quarto. Se perder, aí não sabemos, rs!

Bom hotel em Jaú

Hotel bem conservado, limpeza impecável, funcionários atenciosos. Poderia ter uma sala de televisão com sofás ou poltronas. Fui em um dia de jogo do Brasil e assisti no refeitório com minha família, onde não foi muito confortável, devido às cadeiras do restaurante. Mas de modo geral, gostei bastante. Fica bem próximo ao território do calçado, o que é bom!

Um hotel que tem tudo para melhorar!

Razoável, quarto bom mas sem diferencial. Atendimento bom, pessoas agradáveis. Local muito limpo .Só peca no café da manhã que é fraco, sem qualidade e sem variedades. Se cobrassem 10% a mais, valeria pela estrutura do hotel, e poderiam melhorar o café da manhã que é de segunda linha.

2ª vez que me hospedo no hotel. Muito bom no geral, só que o café da manhã de domingo estava incompleto, com alguns itens faltantes, como manteiga e queijo, que não tinham para reposição. E também fiquei surpresa ao saber que a cozinha não funciona no domingo a noite e não se pode pedir nem um lanche. Por ser dia dos namorados, os restaurantes da cidade de estavam muito cheios, e ficamos sem opção.
